"Take Control Of Your Camera"
"Take Control Of Your Camera" is a workshop aimed at budding photographers wanting to progress from shooting in Automatic.
This face-to-face workshop is also for you if you have a camera sitting in its box waiting for you to learn how to use its many controls, if only you could find the time.
The workshop will explain and demonstrate the settings on your camera so that you can take control of how your images look and create beautiful photographs. It will set you up to be able to choose the best settings to use and will ensure you know how to get the most out of your camera.
Each workshop runs for 3.5 hrs and takes place in my studio and garden and surrounding valley in Erina on the Central Coast, NSW.

Testimonials
"I was fortunate to contact with Jill Ashby Photography at a time when I was ready to progress my photography skills. I completed the ”Take Control Of Your Camera” workshop, in a one-to-one session with Jill. She had taken time to research my camera, Fujifilm X-T2, and tailored the workshop to this camera and its capabilities. I am heading to Tasmania in a few weeks and now I know I have learnt enough to move from Auto to a much more selective type of photography, that will give me a totally new perspective to my trip. Thank you Jill, can’t wait to share some photos with you. You were a relaxed, informative and easy to understand trainer. Cheers Mike”.
“Jill has been so knowledgeable and generous with sharing key tips for using my camera and getting the best effects from it. She shares camera facts and creative ideas in such a fun and easy-to-understand way. It was a real pleasure spending time together whilst learning about my camera. Thanks Jill!”, Jacqui
“I thoroughly enjoyed my workshop with Jill. She was able to explain to me how to get the best from my camera in terms I could understand. We spent some time putting into practice everything that I had learnt and I produced shots that I would never of thought I could! Thank you so much Jill”, Elaine.
